Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery. You will see them at checkout, before you pay.
For free shipping, the amount of your items counts. Gift boxes, protective pouches and gift cards do not count.
Delivery and Retention of Title
Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment. Delivery is carried out via Bpost or an external courier:
- Belgium: 2-7 working days
- Outside Belgium: 5-15 working days
You may provide an alternative delivery address. Ganterie Boon is not liable for delays caused by third parties or incorrect address details. Delivered goods remain the property of Ganterie Boon until full payment has been received.
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? That's possible! During checkout, you can choose collection at our store in Antwerp during regular opening hours. Once your order is ready, we will notify you by email.
Right of Withdrawal
Changed your mind? No problem. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receipt.
Note: this right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
The product must be unused, in new condition, returned in its original state with tags attached, gloves paired together, and packaged in the original packaging.

Please email us beforehand at info@ganterieboon.com, preferably with the reason for your return or your preference for an exchange.
Would you rather exchange? Indicate which model, size, and color you prefer. We will send you the desired item subject to availability. If it is unavailable, we will contact you. You can always check availability on our website first.
Return or exchange conditions: the product must be unused, in new condition, with tags attached, gloves paired together, and packaged in the original packaging.

The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your return. Any additional shipping costs for a new delivery may apply.
